Hold your arms out wide like you are showing us how HUGE it all is. Show us 5 Times from arms fully down, to arms fully out like outstretched wings.

Own It. Be PRESENT.

STOP.

Next, Open arms out again, but this time, bring your hands in and face both palms down as if you are guiding all the energy from the above exercise to go into the ground beneath your feet. Take a Breath. Repeat if needed.

This may also look like you are reaching your arms out to grab your own Aura or the energy around you, and pushing it down to the Earth. Decide that you CAN. Be in CHARGE of the space around your body right NOW.

GROUNDING Yourself Afterward

DECLARE :

“Everywhere that I have created space in my BEing by sharing in a courageous authentic way, I choose now to refill myself with PRESENCE, CLARITY, TRUTH and COMPASSION. Right NOW. I AM HERE.”

“I CALL TO ME MY PEACE. RIGHT NOW.”

“I CALL TO ME MY POWER. RIGHT NOW.”

“I CALL TO ME MY TRUTH. RIGHT NOW.”

“I AM HERE. I AM HERE. I AM HERE.”

Afterward,

If No,”Please hydrate in whatever way is possible. Or, watch a video online about waterfalls and feel the huge water visually.”

If Yes, “If possible, please be loving with you and lay down comfortably. Adjust your own pillows and sleep/rest space with the same care a posh hotel would do a turn-down service. Then lay down, starting on your back, and take some time before rolling over into the ‘sleep position’ if yours is different than starting on your back.

If No, “Choose to Relax through Confidence. DECIDE that this process has served you. DECIDE that you have the stamina and vitality to persevere and persist until you CAN rest. ‘I Have DECIDED I will feel like being fully Present is something I feel like I can do. I Am Able to Persist with Confidence.”

After you have been so courageous in a process like this, it is common to have a bit of a vulnerability hangover, feeling a little awkward or odd, etc.

We suggest that making a gratitude list of 10 things you are truly grateful for about YOU, is an important counter balance to the opening you created.
