In all the rearview mirrors, the easiest reflection to deceive was my own.

The more we want the end of the road to come, the further it recedes.

That’s because we’re co-creators and enablers of our Airstream travels. The very desire for completion keeps it lubed n’ tuned. Our higher-self will always dream. Only the color and texture of its overalls change.

What?

'Where’s the highway’s exit?'

Well… we find it in the now, several steps outside the RV where larger purpose loses its gravitas. There, purpose beyond the present means no'thing, as the suspension of disbelief polishes our shiny metal shells. In that reflection, we know journey’s are illusory-like. To remove them is a dead-end adventure. So our small-self’s Will continues to drive on well paved roads. Its travels are seated in the Absolute and found between thoughts. Underneath, the rumbling engine of presence powers the gears of choice, phaithe, possibility, and flow.

Purposeless at Birth, the Manufacturing Line

As children, we were present. We played in the trailer cupboards and skipped along the rest stop paths. There was no need for extraneous ‘purpose’. Years and journeys rolled by, where unquestioned guides of Tradition™, Religion™, Science™, and false integrity grew into obscuring billboards. We found ourselves at truck stops, lamenting, ‘What’s the purpose of being here?’, reinforcing the lack of presence by asking the question.

Remembering and returning to those earlier times, the need for certainty and security evaporates like spilled gas.

The Addiction to Purpose - Adrenaline High of Hitting the Road with a Destination

Truck drivers, retirees in RV’s, and vacationers who must have purpose are attached to the belief that spirit resides in the trance of time & space. They assign worth to illusion and kneel by the tire-jack of unneeded judgment. They speak with upturned nose, grumbling, ‘Those without purpose are aimless, without god, without direction’… yet it’s they who are hitting the brakes against flow at the crossroads of Tao Blvd.

So it is with visors down, those subscribing to the necessity of purpose aren't present, although they swear they are.

Fear disguised as dismissal, passengers shake their fists at the consideration. Being a change-maker remains ‘higher’ in their eyes as long as they don’t have to realize it’s their small-selves making that choice. And while a purposeful Airstream soul can achieve much, when off road, what exactly becomes of this ‘much’? To be present is to be in charge of purpose, and any driver out of presence is only partially here. A soul with unexamined purpose ceases to journey to the extent of its privilege. Having not driven into its sovereign playground, the unquestioned assumption of purpose continues to travel as if worth and value need to be acquired at the next eatery. Yet, for those residing in the present, it no longer has that weight.

If at roadside or intersections it’s said, ‘This experience… this or that life is pointless’, we know we’re pointing out the belief that life must have purpose to have value. This disconnects the trailer - for actual worth and value wholly inhabit the present, without being defined by it.

Still, others ‘life purpose' (or its absence) is rarely ours to judge, something to believe or disbelieve… for its fragrance is consent and choice.

Is it wrong to drive a Winnebago? Is it a sign of righteousness to own a Fleetwood?

Anyone, or any institution begging the need for ‘purpose’ is entranced with the rearview mirrors reflection. Lost in duality, even the self-described ‘elite’ in the best Airstreams ascribe the purpose driven label of ‘useless eater’ to others. Here we see it residing in the manipulative roadside myths of maleficent sourcery on Route 66.

Who can instruct one of their purpose? A waiter? A drive-through marriage pastor? How could they know? It’s curious how some deny purpose’s rightful owner, as it’s always been our own to play with in the confines of clocks and highways travelled.

Purpose and Trance, The Road Moves Beneath as We Continue Above

Use of windshield wipers reveals purpose to have objects, relationships, and experiences of duality. By engaging the wiper fluid, the pursuit meets the present, which may or may not be welcome by adjacent ego-swollen passengers. Sitting in the drivers seat, we see some dreams demanding another dream to stop dreaming… so as to perpetuate their trance. What a clever reminder to the non-present that it ‘may not be enough’ if examined! Where there has to be purpose, flow and joy disconnects. The outraged are lost in shared ego… having never questioned the perception of time, nor the source of its belief. Attaching purposes trailer to worth, their RV is unwilling to be parked in new campgrounds, and symptom of not being in mastery, not being present, and not being aligned with Absolute-self.

When present, we never need purpose. It simply is the intersection of choice.

As if we need a purpose to be!

When sneaky egos become less inflamed… the present isn’t just for dogs, trees, rocks, supernovas, and galaxies!

With & Without Purpose in the Flow State, Traffic Jams are simply ‘Deeper Trances within the Dream’

We drive to the place where it doesn’t matter that we don’t matter. Here, there’s no attachment, free from spells of ridiculous obligation - like, ‘We’ve got to go to the South Rim, because anyone who hasn’t has never lived’. Expecting high revving egos, and smoldering remnants of our own to have trouble accepting our decision, we exit the bumper to bumper. Smiling, we take a picture of that not mattering as well. We’re Airstreams unconcerned with reflecting others light.

Departing from the gridlock doesn’t mean we’re not driving. On the freeways side road, we find ourselves coasting past traffic. Creating purpose, rather than being created by it is the act of the sovereign traveller. Now is our map and territory. High beams on the absolute, we establish a purposeful present, no longer bound to time. Outside the bottleneck, we don’t experience illusion, but an illusory-like journey. Our travels reside in the playground. How we perceive the Body-Soul Airstream determines whether we explore the glory of pain and pleasure, or the mediocre trip of suffering and ignore-ance.

Wind in our whiskers we declare; “Purpose doesn’t define me. I define purpose, and that’s only if I choose. It’s not that I do or don’t have purpose, it’s that the very concept is foreign to my sovereignty. My worth is not contingent on purpose.”

We’re Airstream Souls in the tao of choice.

Big or little shoes are ours to choose… both are within the playground. The narrower pairs perspective (big shoes) leaves us mainly to experience the desire-light of other Wills, while the wider pair perspective (small shoes) serves the desire of the creator-receiver.

Sightsee the metaphors;

Highway/Road/Roadside - Any combination in any order of any-thing or things including time, space, concepts, experiences, objects, distinctions, categories or sections of matter or energy that ‘exist’ solely as a symptom of the thought process. 

End of the road - A phrase that alludes to a desire for a particular dualistic experience to end, as if that alone will prevent all other further experiences that the soul may encounter ‘after’.

Airstream/RV/Shiny Metal Shell/Trailer - Although an Airstream is an aluminum travel trailer, it is used here as a metaphor for the physical and energetic ‘body’ that is sometimes identified as body and soul. (Same as ‘R.V.’ and ‘Trailer’). The ‘Airstream’ is a metaphor for the ‘human experience’. Whether you ‘remember’ having made the choice ‘to be here’ makes no difference to the condition. Only when you are completely in the ‘now’ can you come to terms.

Winnebago and Fleetwood are two brands of RV manufacturers. The comparison asks the reader to imagine variations of what are considered be-ings.

Overalls - An item of clothing that represents the aspects of the personality that are thought of as being the real you, but are nothing but symptoms of an experience. 

Truck drivers, retirees in RV’s, and vacationers - Those who are inside of an illusory-like spell, yet do not see, or want to see themselves as so. 

Map - A ‘fractal singularity’ where all things are overlapped, including but not limited to any experience, concept, object, time, distinction, category or section of matter or energy, symbol (including letters and numbers), whether simple or complex that ‘exist’ solely as a symptom of the thought process.

Absolute - Although the essential nature of what we temporarily and for convenience sake label ‘Absolute-self’, the term itself ultimately defies being captured by words, for words are the symptom of imagination and consent. Here, we use this term to allude to the terms ‘no-mind’ and ‘the present’ (as defined here). The Absolute-self is used to describe the clarity and vantage where the filters and templates of perception do not interfere with ‘knowing’ (as opposed to the transient distinctions of ‘knowledge’). See ‘Smaller-Self’.

No’thing - A term that signifies the word is actually a compound statement. In this case, ‘nothing’ originally refers to ‘no thing’ - where a ‘thing’ is defined as any experience, personality, concept, object, distinction, time, category or section of matter or energy, symbol (including letters and numbers), whether simple or complex that ‘exist’ solely as a symptom of the thought process.

Illusory-like - Used to denote that the strict definition of ‘illusion’ is not adequate to fully describe in normally used temporal words (note: all words are temporal). In this case, the word illusion infers not the typical ‘magic’ trick or optical (5 sense) deception, but speaks to the dissimilarity of the essential nature with thought created creations, and the inherent lack of questioning regarding which source is the base for the other.

Soul - The temporal energy body component of the temporal matter body. A false dichotomy term used to imply a ‘spiritual’ side of the ‘body’ when in fact both are constructions of thought.

Windshield Wipers - Represent the consequent act of choice that seeks to REMOVE levels of trance state.

Duality - A concept of mutually arising and complementary ‘observations of processes’. 

Trance - Used to indicate any-thing, or any thought, belief system, or perception that is symptom of small-self. We do not ascribe value or worth to such state, just varying levels of awareness that accompany its depth. The trance state is associated with word, spells, mind, ego, things, belief, thought-forms, egregores, god-forms, creation, and perception. The trance state occurs ‘every-where’; with the exception of no-mind, no-thought, and the present. 

Higher-self - Although the essential nature of what we temporarily and for convenience sake label ‘Absolute-self’, the term itself ultimately defies being captured by words, for words are the symptom of imagination and consent. Here, we use this term to allude to the terms ‘no-mind’ and ‘the present’.

Journey - Any combination in any order of any-thing or things including time, space, concepts, experiences, objects, distinctions, categories or sections of matter or energy that ‘exist’ solely as a symptom of the thought process.

Ego - 'Ego' is transient (like a gust of wind). When attempting to capture it, it becomes clear it's not really any-thing... more of an attachment to a reflection. The ‘ego’ is neither said ‘to exist’ nor ‘not to exist’ from the Absolute vantage, while it is usually labelled as that which ‘exists’ from a relative perception (which all perception is).

Phaithe - A term replacing the currently mis-defined word and concept spelled ‘faith’. A term used to express reality from a ‘Playground’ or ‘TwinInferno’ perspective. Phaithe knows no-thing and is free to detach and create, as contrasted to the now contorted version of the word ‘faith’ which has been bent to be synonymous with ‘belief’ or ‘belief system’. 

™- Any word that ends with ‘™’ refers to the commodification, inversion, financialization, and distortion of a useful trance state vantage of perceiving and knowing, into one that does not serve its original purpose.

South Rim - A scenic overlook with cliffs and colorful peaks for viewing the Grand Canyon.

Playground - The term used to describe the optimal experience of duality. This Playgroundia is the ‘place’ and ‘vantage’ of having a mastery over the relative dualistic world, and walking in the peace of the ‘Absolute’ (see def).

Thought - From the absolute vantage, the first distinction is thought, and can be described as sound (many couch the distinction this way...“God Spoke and there was Light”). The first thought is 'sound', sound 'vibrates', vibrations are 'energy' that ‘glows’ to ‘the process of observing’ (subjectively interpreted as light). Light forms shapes, colors, angles, numbers, letters. 'Energy' is merely consciousness in movement, and resides in the relative playground of duality.
