If you’re reading this you’re not in the ‘now’!

How to be present!

Unlearn to learn... how’s that for an unintuitive way to get where you want?
 
 
Thought does not and can not happen in the now.
If you’re thinking, then you’re not present.
If you’re watching yourself feel emotions, you’re not here.
Writing words is never in the now.
Casting spells is not in the now.
‘Trying’ is not in the now.
Desire is not in the now.
Attachment is never in the now.
Ego is not in the now.
Suffering is not in the now, while pain is.
Even these words are not in the now (bet you didn’t expect that ; )
Now go get present!
 

Considerations

We need not stop thoughts, they will persist for as long as we have consented to be here... clouds and ripples pretending to reflections greater than ourselves. Our sovereign nature reveals itself when we embrace choice, and focus our attention on our own distinctive thought creations.

One more thing… some may believe that because many of our own thoughts are created by other wills… then this is a ‘deterministic’ point of view. It’s not, as it’s more like unexamined 'suggestions' masquerading as 'determinism'.
